2.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RemovePDFPages (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.2 Description of the Service

RemovePDFPages provides free browser-based PDF tools and a paid full-editor license. The free tools include removing pages, merging, compressing, and signing PDFs. The paid full editor includes editing text, replacing images, and converting PDF to Word.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a license or use the paid features. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.4 License Grant and Scope

When you purchase a full-editor license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the paid features.

  • Device limit: One license may be used on up to 5 devices.
  • Permitted use: Personal and internal business use within the device limit.
  • Prohibited use: Reselling, redistributing, reverse-engineering, sharing license keys publicly, or using the Service to violate any law.

We reserve the right to revoke a license if we detect abuse, fraud, or circumvention of the device limit.

2.5 Account and License Key

You do not need an account to use the free tools. Paid features require a valid license key. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your license key.

We validate license keys through our server infrastructure to enforce the device limit and prevent fraud. Validation events may be logged.

2.6 Acceptable Use and Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Upload, process, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
  • Circumvent license restrictions, device limits, or payment requirements.
  • Use automated scripts or scrapers to abuse the Service.
  • Process files you do not have the right to modify or distribute.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

2.7 Intellectual Property

The Service, its code, design, trademarks, and content are owned by RemovePDFPages or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. A license purchase does not transfer ownership of any software or content.

You retain ownership of the PDF files you upload and the output files you create. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, modify, and distribute those files.

2.8 User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of any PDF you upload or process. We do not review uploaded files. You must not use the Service to process confidential, sensitive, or unlawful materials without proper authorization.

RemovePDFPages is a software tool, not a legal, financial, or professional service. We do not review documents for accuracy, legality, or suitability. Use the output files at your own risk.

2.10 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • PDF conversions will perfectly preserve formatting, fonts, images, or layout.
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.

2.11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOVEPDFPAGES AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. FOR FREE USERS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

2.12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemovePDFPages and its owners, affiliates, and service providers from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

2.13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or other conduct we determine harmful.

Upon termination, your license key may be revoked, and you must cease using the paid features.

2.14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@removepdfpages.net and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

2.15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at https://removepdfpages.net/terms/ with a revised “Effective date.” Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2.16 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is available at https://removepdfpages.net/refund/. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
